Dear Nikki and all the lovely teachers at First Steps

My mother is staying with me at the moment and she really summed up for me a lot of the feelings i have about your nursery when she said "that by coming here, Alice has had the very best start in life in a fun, happy and secure place".

It is never a building or setting that makes for a happy environment (however lovely they may be) but the people - all of you are the most loving, caring and cheerful ladies and it permeates throughout the school and reflects in the attitudes of the children as they grow with you.

To an amazing group of ladies we cannot thank you all enough.

To All the Staff at First Steps

I would just like to thank you all for everything you have done for Ruby & Lilly over the years at First Steps. They really have had and enjoyable time with you and even now when Ruby has a hectic day at school wishes she was still at Nursery because it was so much more fun! You obviously made their time with you memorable. You all work really hard at making things just right and i have so many cards & gifts the girls made put away to show them when they are older. These were always greatly appreciated as they were so personal and special.

As a nursery i would not hesitate in recommending you to any parent as i always have done and hope that First Steps continues for many more years as i wouldn't want any child to miss the fantastic start my girls have had with you in the run up to school.

Thank you for providing such a top-class facility in the heart of the village. First Steps was simply the best nursery school i could have chosen for Anna. Mrs Philp and Mrs Coulburn are brilliant teachers and you have done very well to recruit and retain them.

I want to thank you for the fabulous loving, caring and considerate start in life that you have given Buan.

January mornings were sometimes fretful for her but your kindness and just the motherly cuddles made all the difference.

The simple acts of understanding rarely go unnoticed also. The day i got confused on leaving time and turned up at 1pm instead of 1.30pm but for you it was no problem to bundle everything together and just let things go early, or on arriving early one day, seeing Buan on a lap being bounced up and down to a horsey song & so loving it!

I will always be grateful that our paths in life crossed
